Refund Policy
PRODUCTS:
Our exchange policy allows for product exchanges or gift card issues within one week of purchase with receipt. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or credit card returns. Thank you for your understanding!
SERVICES:
We value your satisfaction and encourage you to reach out within one week if you have any concerns about our service. We're committed to addressing any issues and finding a solution for you. Please note that after one week, additional costs may apply, and there are no refunds for performed services. Thank you for understanding!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. A credit card is required to secure certain appointments, and any deposits will be credited towards your service. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will incur a nonrefundable, non-transferable fee, while no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost, including deposits for future bookings.

Do you allow children in salon?
At our salon, we proudly offer salon services for children. Please note that children who are not receiving a service should not be left unattended while their parent is receiving a salon service. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Appointments:
Please take a moment to read each service description when booking to ensure you select the correct appointment. Your stylist cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly appointments and rescheduling may be necessary if the appointment is booked incorrectly.
If you have any questions, feel free to call or email us for assistance. If your stylist is unavailable on the date you're looking at, they will not show up in the booking system.
Additionally, if you need to make any changes to your pre-booked appointment, please contact us in to see if we can accommodate your request, as each has different timing. Thank you!
Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. If you are more than 15 late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service accordingly Thank you for your understanding!

We take all major credit cards, cash and our system does have apple pay capability.
